Lorraine moved to Dartmouth in 2002 and now has time to look at the recurring themes in her work and explore them further. The influence of her childhood and family background in oriental carpets and textiles and her love of pattern and colour shows strongly in her beautiful work.
Please join us and meet this charismatic and special artist over a glass of wine.

It has been three years since we showed the St Ives Society of Artist and in that time quite a few new members have joined the group. So it is with great excitement that we look forward to showing them again this year.
Established in 1927 this prestigious group, founded by the marine artist George Bradshaw, has included in its numbers Royal Academicians and many famous names.
During the 30s and 40s there were the like of Hepworth, Nicholson and Gabo, soon to be followed by Lanyon, Barns-Graham and Heron. With the Society's proud history in Norway Square, St Ives it is a pleasure to invite them out of the county and for us to view all that’s happening within this celebrated group today.
